On our busy farm, meals need to be ready fast. These herb-seasoned potatoes and vegetables wrapped in foil packets cook in only half an hour. They're excellent with steak or chicken. —Jill Jellett, Leduc, Alberta

This was a great recipe it was easy to make and had great flavor. The only thing that I did change. My husband and I like a lot of spice so I added extra spice to it... it was great.

The vegetables retain a lot of moisture and a little smokiness when cooked this way.

I have made this several ways with different veggies with chicken or hamburger patties. You can also put in cream of chicken or mushroom to have a bit of a gravey. Sooooo good!!

Grilled these up last night. FANTASTIC! It never would have crossed my mind to add bell peppers to the potatoes. Thanks for sharing.

Haven't made this yet, but just had to post a comment as the recipe poster is from my hometown. A rather small town in central Alberta I might add. Yea Leduc!

This is a great recipe to use when already grilling. I like to use minced garlic instead of garlic powder. You can also change this up using fresh mushrooms, zucchini, summer squash, tomatoes and other yellow, orange or green peppers. I've made it in varying combinations and my family always enjoys it.
