I have been making this Posse Stew for several years. Everyone raves about it. It is so quick and easy to make. I never use the cornstarch because the stew is so thick. I add a few cans of water because we like it thinner. I also add one extra can of hominy because we like hominy. For variation I will use 1# pork sausage instead of the ground beef or turkey. Try this recipe once and you will be asked to make it again and again.
