Pork with Orange Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 slices cooked pork (2 ounces each)

Directions

  • In a small saucepan, combine cornstarch and orange juice until smooth. Stir in the cranberry sauce, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Add pork; heat through. Yield: 4 servings.
