Nasty horrible soup-

WHY would you waste a tenderloin on this type of recipe?? I used leftover meat from a Pork Shoulder Roast and it was great! Save that Tenderloin for a Date Night Dinner :)

This was delicious! Perfect for a cold winter day. Even my husband, who usually not thrilled when we have soup for dinner, LOVED it! This will be in my fall-back dinner file from now on.
