  • Prep: 10 min. + marinating Bake: 25 min. + chilling

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
  • 1 pork tenderloin (about 1 pound)
  • 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • Oriental plum sauce
  • Hot mustard

Directions

  • In a resealable plastic bag, combine soy sauce, honey and seasoning blend. Add pork tenderloin; seal and toss to coat. Place bag in a baking dish and refrigerate for 2-8 hours.
  • Place sesame seeds on a sheet of waxed paper. Remove pork from bag; discard marinade. Roll pork in sesame seeds to coat. Place pork in a greased shallow roasting pan. Bake, uncovered, at 450° for 25-30 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160°. Remove from the oven; cool for 1 hour. Cover and refrigerate overnight or until chilled. To serve, slice thin on the diagonal; serve with plum sauce or hot mustard. Yield: 4 servings.
