This was delicious! I did not make the Horseradish Sauce as my husband is not a fan of horseradish. I seasoned the pork and cooked it in a croc-pot. Very tender and flavorful. But I can see where the horseradish sauce would have given it an extra kick if you are a fan of that.

Both the tenderloin and the sauce was terrific! My husband truly enjoyed both and said this recipe was a keeper! Thank you for sharing!

SUPER good - I made my own steak seasoning using salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, & garlic powder, and doubled the rosemary & thyme. In my oven it took 40 minutes -- Came out perfect, wonderfully juicy and tender. LOVE the horseradish sauce with it.
