I have been making this recipe for more than 30 years. Children as well as adults love them. These juicy chops are covered with a basil-seasoned tomato sauce and melted cheese. They're so easy and so fast, too. Any cut of chop can be used...I like to use boneless.Janene Christensen, Eureka, Missouri

These were delicious! The only change I made was to add the pepper rings at the same time as the sauce to they were well cooked.

I have had this many times, this Lady is a great cook, I am sad that she didn't put more recipes online. She really new how to COOK! her loosemeat sandwiches were out of this world. RIPGreat dish!
