Popeye would approve of this spinach-rich side dish. A nice break from plain corn, it gets a kick from a bit of pepper sauce.Stacey Christensen, West Valley City, UT

I thought I would not like this recipe. My husbsnd said it sounded good. I made it and we both loved the combination. It was a little hot because I used cayanne pepper and add a little too much.

Does anyone have an easy way to squeeze the liquid out of the thawed spinach. I love recipes with spinach but dread the squeezing part. It seems like you can never get all the liquid out. Thanks
