The name of this recipe gave me a good laugh, so I felt it was worthy of a try! They turned out to be delicious! I was not able to use a wire rack in my pan, so I occasionally drained the pan as they baked. I think this actually left the patties more moist than they might have been on a rack. Cooking them this way made me think along the lines of indiviual bacon-wrapped meat-"loaf". It's a great recipe and there are so many possibilties to making this dish your own.
