Polynesian Parfaits Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (16 ounces) pineapple yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup granola without raisins
  • 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened pineapple tidbits
  • 1/3 cup fresh raspberries

Directions

  • Combine the yogurt, sugar and nutmeg; spoon into four dishes. Top with granola and fruit. Yield: 4 servings.
