Pizza Spread Recipe

Rating 5

For a satisfying snack, spread slices of French bread with this thick cheesy mixture. "It's a very adaptable recipe," notes reader Beverly Mons of Middletown, New York. "It would also be good with Italian sausage instead of ground beef."

I made this for a New Year's party. It was the big hit of the night. I like to bake garlic bread loaves and cut into bite size pieces to dip.

My family loves this recipe. We share one big meal on Sunday, but sometimes have the munchies in the evening. This is a great fill-in during those times. We've also talked about having when we have college-aged friends come over and hang out. It's a fun food to share around the fondue pot at the table.
