Pizza Chicken Roll-Ups Recipe

I love the chicken roll-ups my mom made for special occasions, filled with spinach and cream cheese. My own kids wouldn't eat those, so I came up with a pizza-flavored variety the whole family enjoys. —Tanja Penquite, Oregon, Ohio

This is a fantastic recipe, very flavorful. The only change I made was that I breaded it with panko crumbs, italien seasoning, and grated parm. This is very similar to chicken parm but with the added kick from the pepperoni, dont let this discourage you though because if you're someone that wasn't impressed with the traditional chicken parm just keep in mind this dish has a twist. Try it you wont regret it.

So delicious and so easy. I love pepperoni and covered the entire chicken breast with slices of it. I used grated cheese as that is what I had and rolled the chicken as directed. Sprinkled the top with Italian seasoning then followed the recipe directions as listed. GREAT flavor and so easy!

Very good, even without the cheese. I used 6 slices pepperoni, and spaghetti sauce poured over. I served with plain noodles and a salad on the side. There was lots of sauce for the noodles.

This is a standard in our house and we always make the Savory Biscuit Bites to dip in the extra pizza sauce. All my boys love it!

Very simple recipe. I doubled the recipe and used 4 pepperoni slices on each chicken breast, just to add a bit more. Also, I topped the chicken with only half a slice of cheese for the last 5 minutes of baking.

I absolutely love this! It's so super easy! I used as many pepperoni slices as would fit on the chicken (I bought the filets instead of the breasts, it cut down on some time, and they're easier to find in 1 lb packs) and I used shredded mozzarella instead of slices. I also put some sauce in the bottom of the pan while the rolls were cooking.
