I made this for my children to take to school on St. Patrick's Day. Everyone loved it. It can be made right before you eat it or a few hours before hand. —Rosanna Fowler, Bedford, Indiana

Being St. Pat's Day, I made mine into a PIE.Cream cheese mixture on bottom, topped with VERY Green (added more green cake coloring) pudding on top and topped with Cool Whip. Place in a shortcake pie shell.

Made this for St. Patty's Day. Husband and kids said at the table to make it again.

I didn't follow the recipe exactly - I just made the pudding and put whip cream and crushed cookies on top for St. Patrick's day. The kids liked it and it was really easy. I'm sure it would have been even better with the cream cheese!

I made it healther by using the less fat cream cheese, the cool whip free, 2% milk and the sugar free pudding mix. It was great and the neighbors liked it also.
