I was just watching "Build A Better Burger Challenge" on foodnetwork and one of the contestants had a pineapple jerk burger, but I can't find the recipe through food network. Your recipe sounds great and I especially like the 2 serving idea since I live alone. I will definitely try this burger and give you a rating...Sounds like it will be fast & easy as well.
