Pineapple Pepper Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/3 cup sweet red pepper jelly
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh cilantro
- 1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients. Serve immediately or
- refrigerate until serving. Use as a condiment with grilled meats or
- as a dip with tortilla chips. Yield: 2 cups.
