In Littlerock, California, Michelle Blumberg stirs up this mild and refreshing beverage in a jiffy. Lemon juice cuts the sweetness you might expect from pineapple juice and lemon-lime soda.

I absolutely enjoyed this beverage. It was quite refreshing! It tasted like a pineapple flavored soda. The first time I made this, I used 1-(6-ounce) can Dole Pineapple Juice (not from concentrate) plus I only added 2 teaspoons of reconstituted bottled lemon juice. Today I made as written, but only adding 1 tablespoon of the lemon juice, and that was good too. Not sure why this recipe hasn't been rated and reviewed yet, as it is very good. I look forward to making this often, and sharing it with others. Thanx for the recipe Michelle. It's a keeper!!
