Made a variation of this for dinner tonight to accompany grilled pork tenderloin and baked potatoes. I had the pineapples in the fridge w/o a lot of juice so I added some juice from mandarine oranges and a little orange juice. It was a sweet tangy side to complete a delicious meal. EnjoyJoyce

I made this for dinner last night and it was a great success. I substituted one Tablespoon of Splenda Brown Sugar for the 2 Tablespoons brown sugar and it cam out beautiful.
