"For a special treat on a steamy day, try this fruity cooler," suggests Vernal, Utah's Alisa Allred. "I first had it when I was pregnant. It really hit the spot that summer—and ever since! This was refreshing and so easy to make. I froze the mixture in a gallon-size ziploc bag. I can scoop out a portion and add 7-Up to it whenever I want a glass.
