Haven't yet yet but am curious why it isn't called Pina Jam as there is no cocnut to warrant the Colada???? I am making it this afternoon-thought perhaps there was a mistake???????

This was easy to make and quite flavorful. Could not get pineapple jello at the store I usally shop at, but did not have to go to far to find it. Produces a brillant color!

Wonderful! Very easy and quick to make. Mine made about 8 jelly jars (4 Pints). This would be wonderful as a filling in a layer cake also - with maybe some coconut icing!
