Prepared pesto accents this warm pasta toss that calls for convenient rotisserie chicken. This recipe is prepared with cellentani pasta. If you can't find it, use 16 ounces of spiral pasta instead.—Taste of Home Test Kitchen, Greendale, Wisconsin

Ingredients

  • 1 package (16 ounces) cellentani or spiral pasta
  • 2 cups cubed rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
  • 1 container (7 ounces) prepared pesto
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted

Directions

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a nonstick
  • skillet, saute chicken and tomatoes for 2 minutes. Stir in pesto;
  • heat through. Drain pasta; toss with chicken mixture. Sprinkle with
  • pine nuts. Yield: 6 servings.
