Bottled Italian dressing and pepperoni add zip to this colorful combination shared by Shannon Lommen. Serve it right away or assemble it ahead of time. "The longer this salad chills the better," says the Kaysville, Utah cook.

Cutting Green OnionsI recently tried a recipe that called for 3/4 cup green onions. Instead of using a knife, I found that snipping the onions with a pair of kitchen scissors took only a few seconds. —Kristy B., Kelowna, British Columbia

This is a really good, very easy pasta salad. It comes together almost as easily as the boxed pasta salads but WAY BETTER. Love the fresh veggies! I have made it following the recipe ingredient but for a change I used Kraft three cheese crumbles and mini pepperoni. Spreads the flavors even further. 5 Stars!

This is a great tasting and healthy alternative to boxed pasta salads. I substituted gluten free pasta and used 1/2 cup julienned sun-dried tomatoes instead of regular tomatoes which added more flavor. My husband ate all of it in a couple days. I was surprised how much he loved it. I'll definitely make this again.
