Pennsylvania Milk Punch Recipe

Prep/Total Time: 15 min.

Yield: 20 Servings

Ingredients

4 cups milk
1 quart orange sherbet, softened
1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
1 liter lemon-lime soda

Directions

In a bowl, beat milk, sherbet and ice cream until frothy. Pour into a punch bowl. Stir in soda. Serve immediately. Yield: 20 servings.

Nutritional Analysis: One 3/4-cup serving (prepared with fat-free milk, fat-free ice cream and diet soda) equals 91 calories, 1 g fat (0 saturated fat), 3 mg cholesterol, 61 mg sodium, 18 g carbohydrate, 0 fiber, 3 g protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 1 starch.
