Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped peeled ripe pear
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 6 ice cubes

Directions

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 2 servings.

Nutrition Facts: 1 cup equals 144 calories, trace fat (trace saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 2 mg sodium, 37 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber, 1 g protein.
