“This recipe packs so much flavor into a beautiful, healthy presentation. I love to serve it as an hors d’oeuvre or as the main dish when I have folks over. It’s always a hit! I usually serve it with a little extra hoisin on the side.” —Mandy Rivers, Lexington, South Carolina

I have made this recipe several times. It is a keeper - so delicious. I don't use lettuce wraps but I but lettuce on plate and put meat mixture on top - sort of like a taco salad - easier to eat.

This was delicious and reminded my husband of the ones at PF. Changs!

These were so good! Even better the next day. For a little less sweet of a dish, cut back on the hoisen. Definitely making again!

I have tried several lettuce wrap recipes and have been disappointed with the lack of flavor. This has so much flavor! I added frozen peas instead of snow peas and it was great.

My whole family loves this dish! We eat it as the main dish, but it would go great with any kind of Asian dish.

Full of flavor and so easy to make. My grocery store did not have Bibb lettuce so I just used iceberg and it was fine.

These are super easy and so yummy! I make these all the time for lunch. I find myself craving them all the time. I use Romaine lettuce and it works just as well.

Crazy messy, but worth every delicious bite. I omitted the water chestnuts and added some cucumber, cilantro and extra carrot. I also subbed soy sauce + brown sugar for the teriyaki sauce. This comes together in a snap and is surprisingly filling. We took leftovers to work the next and stuffed them, lettuce and all, in a whole wheat wrap. YUM.
