Unbelievably good for the few ingredients that are in these cookies. No flour, so gluten free! I tried making these for the first time yesterday with three of my grandchildren ages 3, 5, and 8. The short list of ingredients made it a great recipe for the kids to help with. My husband could not believe there was no flour or leavening in this recipe.

The only thing I changed, after baking 2 cookie sheets full of these, was to put the chocolate kiss on the cookies right out of the oven, then let them cool on the cookie sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to cooling racks. They really are very fragile, and it made more sense to do it this way.

I will make these again! I think it would also work to leave off the chocolate kisses and just press the dough balls flat with a fork as is usual for peanut butter cookies.

I've made cookies similar to these -- on the Kraft PB jar -- PB, sugar and an egg.  No flour.  They were good.

is there any flour and other dry ingredients in this recipe? Doesn't make sense without it.
