Peanut Butter Spread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme
  • 1 cup dark corn syrup
  • 1 cup light corn syrup

Directions

  • In a large bowl, beat all ingredients until smooth. Place in sterilized half-pint jars. Store at room temperature. Yield: 5 half-pints.

I made this as a gift for my dad. A true peanut butter fan! This was so easy that the kids have made it since then. Although it would be great with bread and jelly we use on Ritz crackers. If you are a fan of gooey peanut butter you will love this.
