These are wonderful...quick and easy. Not every dessert or meal has be gourmet.

This was good and tasty. And as to GailDH, it seems to me that ice cream is more "the height of laziness" than this dessert. At least with these s'mores some effort needs to be put in it, as with ice cream all you have to do is scoop it!!!

I love to make Peanut Butter Cup S'Mores, but I just do a regular s'more with graham cracker, marshmallow and a peanut butter cup instead of chocolate bar. YUMMY!

I'm going to try this using a mallow cup (marshmallow & chocolate candy) and two cookies. I can then put it in the microwave and use it at home.

Your idea sounds very good. Did you try it and could you be a little more specific about how you put this together. It sounds like a great cookie bar!

This sounds very exciting & know hubby will love them!But I am going to try this a new way, I will mix my cooky dough & Put all the other ingredients together & bake it all for about 10-12 mins. Bet this would be a VERY good cooky! Thanks for your recipe,anyway.
