Granola bars are not good for anything much less a substitution for breakfast. Whoever dreamed up granola needs to get another occupation

Very good- Nice alternative to packaged granola. I would, however, like to know what the portion size is- the recipe just says one piece.

I sometimes feel like children are snacked into obesity. Snacks at school, religious ed, 4-H, girls scouts, etc. so I try really hard to make healthy snacks. I made this recipe for my daughter's girl scout troop and every girl asked for more because they were so good! Thanks for helping me stay on track with healthier snack choices.

These were great! I drizzled a little chocolate over the top for an added touch, but other than that didn't change a thing. I will be making these again :)

I also have made this recipe 3 weeks in a row. My whole family loved eating this snack in their lunches every day! It was hard to make it last the week because I kept wanting to sneak more. It saved just fine in a tupperware container. And so much cheaper than buying granola bars at the store!

I make these almost every week, for the last several weeks. Does anyone know if they can be stored in an airtight container on the counter? Or should they stay in the fridge?

Just made these & they were very good! I cut the oil to 1 T & added a small ripe bananak, 1 scoop of protein powder, some chopped walnuts & a handful of dried cranberries but no choco chips, only p.b. chips. Yummy!

These granola bars are absolutely to die for! The fact that they are healthy makes them even better. With such easy ingredients and so little time, I will be making these over and over again.

These granola bars are so goood! I substituted unsweetened applesauce for the canola oil, added 1/4 cup of flax seed, 1/4 cup of sliced almonds and used 2/3 cup of mini chocolate chips instead of peanut butter chips. This recipe is definitely a keeper.
