I made this cookie using Splenda and because I have to be gluten free, I used my gluten free flour. I found it very tasty and it worked for the family and me. It's a keeper.

Anyone who is a diabetic knows that it's not just sugar that is "bad" for you ... but any kind of carb. So, quit giving bad ratings for these baked goodies. It doesn't matter if you eat a cookie or have a slice of bread .... a carb is a carb.

Loved them. Nice peanut butter flavor. I would double the cookie dough part but not the filling. This will yield close to 4 dozen cookies then.

Although my husband and I are diabetic, I do indeed modify recipes to meet our needs or I take just one. I don't understand people who are so rigid about something because it doesn't meet their criteria. You'd probably be better off if you didn't voice your opinion.

While this wasn't a terrible recipe, it didn't knock our socks off either. Nothing special but could cure a sweet tooth. We had to reduce baking to 4-5 minutes.

This recipe sounds SO good! Surely you diabetic folks have learned to modify recipes to meet YOUR needs of to by-pass them altogether. No need to give them a bad rating or make them sound lethal just because they so not suit you!!

Although the cookies are very pretty to look at and they taste great, I'm not sure how they can be awarded Diabetic Friendly. I realize the "new" attitude toward sweets for some diabetics is that one cookie once in a while won't hurt you, I don't think this recipe is one that would be included in a hand-out by diabetic dieticians. Besides they taste too good just to have one!

Anybody knows this is not for diabetics,it has sugar and powdered sugar.Get real people.
