Our family totally loved these!! We call them Peanut Butter Brownies because that is the consistency to us. I did use semi sweet chips because we aren't much on milk chocolate. I baked them for 45 minutes. I agree that the edges were a little too brown, but they weren't hard. I will be making another batch today, per request, and I will start with 35 minutes and go from there.

This had a great peanut butter taste and the bars were cake-like in consistency. Great recipe - thanks!

Bland. Followed the instructions to the letter. Not much peanut butter taste.

These were just OK for me. Kind of bland. I think I was expecting a lot more.

40-45 min was way too long to bake.

WOW! These are yummy. I added more peanut butter and a full bag of peanut butter chips and used semi-sweet choco chips. My family loves these. Very chewy and moist, just as I hoped. I only baked it for 30-35 min. because of what other reviewers said and the edges were getting too brown. I think I have eaten half of the dish by myself. I really love this!

Ihave made this recipe, it is my husbands very favorite, however, I replaced the choc. chips, with reeses' peanut butter chips.

Might do frosting next time. Also, 11 tablespoon is the answer.
