I made this using a few adjustments for high altitude (I live in the Rocky Mountains) and it turned out perfect! They are so moist & chewy. Love the peanut butter - cream cheese - chocolate combo.

Love this recipe!!! I first had these when a co-worker brought them in to work to share. His sister had made them for a family event. Luckily for me she was wiling to share the recipe as well. When I made them myself, they were just as good. The brownie has a decadent chocolate flavor and the peanut butter flavor is not overwhealming. Very rich but very good. It takes a little practice to to get the layering of the filling and brownie mixure down pat, but well worth the practice!! These ar a hit whenever I make them, for whatever occasion. No wonder it is a blue ribbon winner!!
