The kids I baby-sit for love these moist chewy bars. There's plenty of peanut butter flavor plus a yummy chocolate frosting and a sprinkling of peanut butter chips.

Peanut Blondie is a repeat. I would change the frosting to be less milk chocolate fluffy, to a darker richer chocolate ganache. In addition needs salted peanuts to pop the flavor combination

So yummy! You won't be sorry you tried these. Very rich- a little bit goes a long way. It's best to let the icing sit for a while to thicken up before icing blondies. Enjoy!

These bars are delicious! I don't know what makes them so perfect, but every time I take them somewhere I get compliments galore! I do make them for 30 minutes or less though, instead of the 35-40 minutes recommended.
