"My mom, who's well-known in our community for her cooking, shared the recipe for this yummy layered dessert," writes Kim Spencer of Hickman, Nebraska. "It's very popular with my husband. He made it in a 9 x 13 pan for his men's Bible study group and ended up giving out the recipe!"

This is an okay recipe. I did not go home with any empty dish. If made again I would omit the cinnamon from the topping. I thought it overpowered the other flavors.

I made this for a luncheon and got wonderful reviews. I made sure everyone knew that it contained peanut butter as someone present might have food allergies. It is indeed delicious!
