I made this fun and flavorful treat for my son's first birthday. He just turned 33, and he still has to have his favorite cake. Kids of any age have a hard time turning down peanut butter and jelly-especially when it comes tucked into cake and frosting!

My daughter requested this type of cake for her birthday. I hadn't made anything like it before, so I found this recipe on TOH. It was a big hit at her party. Delicious and very easy to make. My only issue was that it wasn't easy to get the cake out of the pan. The frosting covered the mistakes though.

i made this cake last month for my brothers birthday. everyone loved it! best cake i ever made im actually making another right now but using half strawberry jelly and half blackberry jelly!we are not all that big on peanut butter. we basically only like it on pb&j sandwiches but i made the cake bc it was an inside joke. so i was kind afraid how it would come out thought it would be too peanut-buttery but it wasnt at all! it was just the right amount of peanut butter. i def recommend making this cake to anyone who wants to try something new! everyone is requesting this cake for their birthdays now lol
