This is good and refreshing. I put leftovers in popsicle makers - yum. I tend to like my smoothies sweeter, but less sugar is better for me...

I'm glad that this one was the first smoothie I ever made -- it's incredible and has made me want to try others! I think I've made it four or five times. I found it last year in one of the Taste of Home Annual Recipes books. The whole family loves it and I've even made it for my class at language school. Everyone raves about it. Thanks to whoever came up with this recipe.
