Peachy Blueberry Cobblers Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup 2% milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3/4 to 1 cup fresh or frozen sliced peeled peaches, thawed
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed
  • Vanilla ice cream, optional

Directions

  • In a small bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Combine the milk and butter; stir into dry ingredients until smooth. Pour into two 8-oz. ramekins or custard cups coated with cooking spray. Top with peaches and blueberries.
  • Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until fruit is tender. Serve warm with ice cream if desired. Yield: 2 servings.
