I am not sure what I did wrong , maybe the milk was not hot enough ... no matter how much I stirred there were clumps of jello all through it. I'm going to try again soon though.

This recipe is awesome! What a quick way to make something kinda blah like instant pudding into something special. I have tried it with cherry jello and chocolate pudding and it was great too! The possibilities are endless!

I wasn't sure how much peach gelatin to use since I used the sugar-free type; so I added the whole small package. It turned out fine. This was a delightfully light dessert and I used peaches from my tree in the yard. I also used sugar-free pudding and 1% milk.
