Peach Cobbler Recipe

Peach Cobbler Recipe Peach Cobbler Recipe photo by Taste of Home Rating 5

I created this recipe myself with a few tips from my mom and grandma. Because it's so quick and easy, this cobbler can be made in minutes to suit any occasion. I've used it for a breakfast fruit dish, dinner dessert and light snack.

This recipe uses way TOO MUCH butter. I used half the amount in the recipe, and it was fine. Used frozen peaches and only the liquid that came from the fruit when I cooked it. Batter is rather chewy, but this was a good dessert for little ingredients and work. Would make again with more modification.

Excellent cakey style cobbler. I took recommendations from other reviews and added brown sugar to the peaches, and cinnamon and nutmeg to the batter.

It was great. I added a few blueberries and it turned out grat.

Very good, but I think I would make more of the crust next time.

This is the exact recipe that is in our church cookbook that I have made dozens and dozens of times. It is a really good peach cobbler that is fast and easy to throw together and tastes wonderfully.

I love this dessert. I don't know if it really is a cobbler but more like a peach cake, but no matter what it's called it is very good. I used 3 lg. fresh peaches, added tsp. of vanilla, 1/2 tsp. cinn., and 1/8 tsp. nutmeg. to batter. Delicious!!

This was a super easy recipe. I think next time, I will add more peaches though. I'll be making this again!!

I thought this was great! I sprinkled some brown sugar in with peaches while cooking. I also added some cinnamon and just a sprinkle of nutmeg into batter mixture. It was very good. I used fresh peaches though.
