My family loves fresh fruit and had my family and gradson in for a cook out - this was a real hit! Definately be making it again this summer!Love the fact that it is light yet so good for you.

Lower fat condensed milk would help the calorie content...

I'm not real sure, but maybe you could use Coolwhip instead of marshmallows. They are probably in there to lighten and sweeten the mixture, and Coolwhip would do the same. If you're going for less calories and less fat, use the fat free version. Pat

Sugar is in the SWEETENED condensed milk - no need for more
Hubby is on low fat/low cholesterol diet, so I will make this with fat free sweetened condensed milk. Sounds like a yummy summertime dessert!

This looks very good, but no way can I make this, as I am a diabetic. Doesn't look like I can adapt it to be less sugar.
