Pasta with Sausage and Tomatoes Recipe

Prep/Total Time: 20 min.

Ingredients

1 pound bulk Johnsonville® Ground Sausage
2 cans (16 ounces each) diced tomatoes, undrained
1-1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil or 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 package (12 ounces) pasta, cooked and drained

Directions

In a skillet, cook sausage until browned; drain. Add tomatoes and basil. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Serve immediately over pasta. Yield: 4 servings.

Nutritional Facts 1 serving (1 each) equals 525 calories, 16 g fat (5 g saturated fat), 45 mg cholesterol, 683 mg sodium, 70 g carbohydrate, 4 g fiber, 23 g protein.
