We make this recipe all the time, it is delicious! I originally put the sauce over plain pasta, but now my family loves it tossed with mushroom ravioli. This is a much requested family favorite!!!

The Everyday Italian lady says to add a little pasta water to thin out and incoorporate the sauce into the pasta.  I watched her in a video and it really worked nicely.

This recipe has become one of my favorite side dishes, and it's a staple when my husband and I grill out...it's wonderful with grilled steaks!

This is a delicious recipe! However, I use half as much pasta as called for, to make a creamier dish.

This makes a great pasta side dish! I cut the recipe in half to test it out first, and since I'm trying to cut back on fat, I used half and half instead of heavy whipping cream. It turned out delicious!

This is an excellent pasta dish! My grandson, who is 9, absolutely LOVES it, and he's rather finicky! I served it with grilled salmon and glazed carrots. He said "Grandma, that was a million-dollar meal!"

Thanks, Amy, I'm sure I will make it often! Kathy
