Pasta with Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- 6 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 package (16 ounces) frozen brussels sprouts
- 1 cup uncooked spiral pasta
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons grated onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- In a large saucepan, bring water and salt to a boil. Add brussels
- sprouts and pasta. Return to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered,
- for 6-8 minutes or until sprouts and pasta are tender. Drain.
- Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over pasta mixture and toss
- to coat. Yield: 4 servings.
