I love this recipe and make it quite often. I typically double the recipe and make a few modifications. I use Jennie-O Italian Seasoned Ground Turkey and I add yellow squash and zucchini for some more veggies. It is super healthy and very tasty.

I have made this quite a few times and my husband really loves it. He really likes it the next day so the flavours have had a chance to mix.

I ended up adding beef broth, another can of diced tomatoes and a can of refried beans.By the time I got done it wasn't Pasta Fagioli soup anymore, but at least it was quite tasty.

I wouldn't compare it to Olive Garden's, but it is very good and super easy. I will definitely make it again.

sorry, forgot to rate this.
it's a pretty good recipe, I used red pepper flakes, no water but all chicken broth and a table spoon full of tomato paste. Turned oud pretty good.

I made it just like the recipe. It came very close to the Olive Garden's. It was so good. My neighbor loved it also.
