Party Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 package (32 ounces) frozen fully cooked homestyle meatballs, thawed
  • 1 bottle (14 ounces) ketchup
  • 1/4 cup A.1. steak sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Directions

  • Place meatballs in a 3-qt. slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine the ketchup, steak sauce, garlic and mustard. Pour over meatballs. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until meatballs are heated through. Yield: about 6 dozen.

Nutritional Facts 1 meatball equals 52 calories, 4 g fat (2 g saturated fat), 11 mg cholesterol, 193 mg sodium, 3 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, 2 g protein.

We made them for an office party and they got gobbled up! And so easy to throw together in the slow cooker.

These are wonderful and even my son who is a very picky eater likes them. I did find that you can use two packages of meatballs with a single batch of the sauce and they come out great.
