Parmesan Chicken Recipe

Parmesan Chicken Recipe Parmesan Chicken Recipe photo by Taste of Home Rating 5

The savory coating on this chicken has the satisfying flavor of Parmesan cheese. It's easy enough to be a family weekday meal yet impressive enough to serve to guests. When I make this chicken for dinner, we never have leftovers. -Schelby Thompson, Camden Wyoming, Delaware

DELICIOUS!!! Had to use soy sauce (was out of Worcestershire), added minced garlic and used panko breadcrumbs as someone else suggested, and the end result was AMAZING!! Great recipe!!

These are tender and flavorful. I add 1 tsp refrigerated minced garlic to the butter mixture. I bake my 4-oz. pieces in a 15"x10" pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. -Lori in WI.

Very good. I liked that is didn't use egg as one of my little ones is allergic. I also used crushed crisp rice cereal in place of the bread crumbs for some to make it Glutan free. Both kinds were good. Thanks for the recipe.

All I have to say is WOW! This recipe is so easy and sooo good. All the posts that say this chicken is tender and juicy are TRUE! I used panko bread crumbs and it was crispy on the outside and juicy inside. This recipe is a keeper for sure!

I use boneless chicken tenderloins, then top with pasta sauce and cheese. Delicious!

This recipe is awesome! It has become a constant recipe in my house. I've used honey mustard instead of dijon and it turns out just as tasty.
