Parmesan Chicken Recipe

Parmesan Chicken Recipe Parmesan Chicken Recipe photo by Taste of Home Rating 5

The savory coating on this chicken has the satisfying flavor of Parmesan cheese. It's easy enough to be a family weekday meal yet impressive enough to serve to guests. When I make this chicken for dinner, we never have leftovers. -Schelby Thompson, Camden Wyoming, Delaware

With just a teaspoon or two of seasoning for all that chicken, I expected this recipe to be quite bland, but it was surprisingly good and quite moist.

It was really good. baked it on 400F for 40 minutes and turned out crispy on the outside, tender and juicy inside.

This chicken had pretty good flavors, my crust never crisped up but I'll try it again on a higher heat, maybe it was just my oven.

This recipe has become my emergency chicken recipe for family and friends. It always comes out juicy and is delicious.

moist, tender and flavorful. My family loves it! I do omit the worcestershire sauce and mustard...still great! Sometimes they eat it cold from the fridge as leftovers!

I have made this quite a few times, it is so easy and we love it! I always make it with the potatoes, which are equally delicious!

Also, just wanted to point out that it is 'Chicken Parmesan' that has marinara sauce with it, this is a different dish entirely. :)

I found this recipe to be delicious! I used freshly grated parmesan, but I also added 1/2 of freshly grated romano because I just love the two together. I cut up the chicken breasts to add more 'crust' to each piece. This recipe is a keeper!

good - even though i didn't taste the parmesan cheese much, and missed the marinara sauce that parmesan chicken normally has.

Not too crazy about this recipe. I think it tastes better cold (like in a chicken caesar salad).

My family really liked the chicken and said it would be a keeper.
