1 cup all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons paprika 1/4 teaspoon pepper 2 eggs 3 tablespoons milk 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs 1 broiler/fryer chicken (3 to 4 pounds), cut up
