2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons minced fresh basil or 2 teaspoons dried basil 2-1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 cup buttermilk 3 tablespoons olive oil
