Ingredients

  • 2 pounds small unpeeled red potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons Crisco® Light Olive Oil or Canola Oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  • Place potatoes in a 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with the garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper; toss gently to coat.
  • Bake at 450° for 20-30 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender. Yield: 6-8 servings.

Nutrition Facts: 1 serving (1 cup) equals 114 calories, 4 g fat (trace saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 155 mg sodium, 18 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber, 2 g protein.
