This easy recipe is a keeper! The crispy potatoes are an excellent side dish with burgers or grilled chicken. My husband normally does not eat french fries or potato chips, but he loved these at first bite!

I make this recipe often. However, I put the butter, onion, and spices in my food processor and then toss the potatoes in the mixure - faster than brushing!

These are excellent. I added more cheese because who doesn't like more cheese? But a very quick, easy and tasty side dish.
